今天介紹的這位愛好健身的姑娘,微博名叫:@Doria小魚。


身高172cm,體重120斤,現在是一家健身工作室的創始人。


也許是以瘦為美的審美太深入人心,不少女孩對自己的身材永遠都不滿意。

小魚也曾經為自己的身材焦慮過,試過不少極端減肥方式的她,最後才發現健康才是美的後盾。

早期用非理性的減肥方式,對身體造成的惡性後果讓小魚悔不當初。


於是在朋友的建議下她開始了自己的健身之路


然而,羅馬並非一日建成。

所有那些興致沖沖說要健身的人,也不是立馬就能堅持下來的,最開始健身的小魚就總是三天打魚兩天曬網。



枯燥的舉鐵讓她打退堂鼓,想著這樣下去不是辦法的她,最後請了私教監督自己。

去健身房的打卡頻率也慢慢地從一月兩次到了一周三次。


聽說想要更加S的曲線就不能單單做有氧,還要加上力量訓練,她就毫不猶豫地走進了器械區。



就這樣,長達5年的健身堅持,讓她從一個手無縛雞之力的女孩變成了一個不怕重物的女漢子。

現在的她可以輕輕松松地甩上幾個來回的壺鈴。



腿部力量更是強到可以承載一個成年男性的重量。


有付出就有收獲,每天都花大量時間在健身的小魚,身體給了她最真實的反饋。

蜂腰、翹臀、馬甲線所有女生夢寐以求的她都有。


穿上旗袍的她更是撩人無數,女性前凸後翹的曲線美被她展現的淋漓盡致。

她認為女人的身材就像是一張行走的名片,而堅持健身就是為了把這張名片設計得更加精致動人。


用小魚的話說就是:身材是神殿,終生需供養。

用汗水去澆灌自己的身材,就是她能想到的最好的保養身材的辦法。


要是生活中碰到不開心的事情,小魚第一件事就是去健身


不管遇到多麽大的困難,沒有運動一小時解決不了的,如果不行那就多加一小時。


在每個人都在找借口推脫著不想去健身的時候,小魚就把健身當成一個坎。

每一個坎之所以稱為坎就是要讓你堅定而努力地去邁過。


她認為自律不是自我壓抑,自律是能帶來快樂和自由的喜歡自然就會堅持,不喜歡的自然無法長久。


三分練七分吃,小魚認為健身不代表需要天天水煮節食受虐,放心大膽地攝入優質食物才是最佳的選擇。

她最期待的就是健身後的一頓頓“大餐”。


因為過分熱愛健身,她索性開了一間健身工作室

不只為了自己健身方便,她更希望可以引導更多的人用健康科學的方式讓自己變得更好。


健身就是這麽有趣,不僅能給你帶來更好的身材,也會讓你的人生變得更加多彩,好好學會堅持,生活就會給你糖吃。

實際上女人不一定要以瘦為美,身材有著凹凸曲線的更迷人。
